We reconfigured the building’s interiors to improve workflow and flexibility, creating a balance of open office areas, private meeting rooms, and upgraded support spaces. Interior glass partitions and strategic layout changes helped introduce more natural light and foster collaboration. Finishes were carefully selected to convey a clean, contemporary identity aligned with the client’s brand. Mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems were also modernized to ensure long-term efficiency and comfort. RESULT The project transformed an aging interior into a modern, professional workplace. The updated layout and finishes improved day-to-day functionality, enhanced staff experience, and positioned the client with a work environment that reflects their forward-looking identity.
