Fine Line Studio is a principal-led architectural practice built on the belief that design discipline and construction accountability are the same commitment. Every project begins with a defined design problem and ends with a building delivered -- on budget, and worth the investment.

Project experience spans credit unions, schools, medical and dental facilities, multifamily housing, tenant improvements, industrial and warehouse facilities, civic and utility projects, and custom residential -- delivered across five states from programming through construction administration. Every project is led directly by principal architect Mark Wagner, AIA, NCARB, with the technical rigor to move complex multidisciplinary teams from concept to completion without losing what made the design worth pursuing in the first place.
