Adapt an established branch prototype to a new community while maintaining brand consistency, operational efficiency, and a welcoming public presence.
SOLUTION
The prototype was tailored to the Star site through site planning, orientation, and material adaptation. Clear circulation, organized parking, and prominent visibility reinforce accessibility. Stone, metal panels, and horizontal forms maintain brand identity while responding to local context. Inside, a bright lobby, glass offices, and open sightlines support efficiency and member comfort. Energy-efficient systems reduce long-term operating costs. The result is a customer-centered branch that strengthens the credit union’s presence in the Treasure Valley while delivering durability, adaptability, and brand continuity.
