We developed a master plan organized around a central water feature and pedestrian walking plaza, framed by retail, residential, and community buildings. The plan included an amphitheater, hotel, and a variety of housing types to create a vibrant mix of uses. Streets, green spaces, and parking were carefully arranged to encourage walkability and connectivity while accommodating practical needs such as vehicular access and service. RESULT The resulting plan created a clear identity for Quarry Village as a new mixed-use hub. With its mix of community, residential, and commercial components, it offers a flexible template for phased development while providing a strong sense of place for residents and visitors.
