Adapt Frontier Credit Union's established branch prototype for a new community site in Star, Idaho, delivering a building that reads as a trusted local institution while maintaining the operational efficiency and visual consistency of the prototype program.
The branch was tailored to its site through careful massing and orientation, ensuring optimal drive-through flow and strong street presence. Stone and metal panel cladding establish a durable, professional exterior with material warmth. The bright lobby and glass office fronts signal transparency and accessibility, reinforcing the credit union's community-oriented identity. Energy-efficient systems and daylit interior spaces support long-term operational performance. Coordination across site, civil, and MEP systems ensured the project met both the client's program and the municipality's development requirements.
Completed in collaboration with Cole Architects.
A branch that successfully balances prototype consistency with site-specific adaptation - delivering a recognizable, professional banking environment that serves both the institution's brand and the Star community.
