Challenge

Comprehensively renovate an existing home in Los Altos, modernizing kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas while maintaining cohesion throughout and honoring the home's original character. The project required coordination across multiple trades and finish packages within an occupied premium residential environment.

Solution

The renovation focused on natural light, refined detailing, and continuity between spaces. The kitchen was redesigned as the home's central hub, featuring custom cabinetry, a marble island, and upgraded appliances. Bathrooms were refreshed with modern fixtures and expressive tile selections. Living and dining areas were opened and enhanced with integrated millwork, built-ins, and subtle ceiling articulation. Bedrooms were expanded and refined with improved storage and window seating. Throughout the home, traditional craftsmanship is balanced with modern sensibilities, creating a residence that feels both elevated and welcoming.
