Residential
Challenge
Renovare required a residential design that resolved both the entry elevation (the building's public face) and the rear elevation (its private face) with equal architectural care. Too often, residential projects treat the front as the design problem and the rear as an afterthought.
Solution
The design treats both primary elevations as equally resolved compositions, with material consistency and massing logic that carries from front to back. The entry creates a strong first impression; the rear elevation creates an equally strong backdrop for outdoor living.
Result
A residential project where architectural attention extends to every primary facade: a standard that defines Fine Line's custom residential practice.

Custom Residential Design
"The rear of a house is where the owners live. It deserves the same design attention as the front."
Renovare demonstrates Fine Line's commitment to designing every primary facade of a custom residence with equal architectural care.
