Challenge

KLA Corporation — one of the world's leading semiconductor equipment manufacturers and a Fortune-500 company listed on NASDAQ — needed to modernize its Boise office to improve day-to-day functionality, support a collaborative work culture, and better reflect the company's global brand standards. The renovation had to be executed within an occupied building environment, minimizing disruption to ongoing operations while delivering a complete transformation of the interior.

Solution

The renovation reorganized the approximately 5,000 SF office layout using interior glass partitions to create visual openness while maintaining acoustic separation between collaborative and focused work zones. Private meeting rooms, open work areas, and support spaces were balanced to support KLA's operational needs. Updated MEP systems, lighting, and brand-aligned finishes brought the office in line with KLA's corporate design standards. The glass partition system allowed natural light to penetrate deeper into the floor plate, improving the quality of the work environment throughout the space.
